Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertising practices
  • Click fraud, impression fraud, or any artificial inflation of metrics
  • Promoting illegal products or services (including but not limited to counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons)
  • Adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory advertising
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated access to our platform
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our Service
  • Attempting to reverse engineer our technology

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid balances.

6. Intellectual Property

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
